Wednesday Hatha Yoga

Join our weekly Hatha yoga sessions, designed to create space in body, mind and spirit. Open to all levels, each class blends mindful movement, breath, and relaxation to nurture focus, balance, and inner calm.

 

We will work with classic postures, breathing practices, guided relaxation and meditation. Classes are set at a slower pace, allowing time to move and breathe with awareness. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, you're warmly welcome to join.

 

Classes are at 6pm - 7.30pm Wednesdays.

Block booking = £9 per class

 

March to April 2026 dates: 

Classes start back on the 11th of March to the 15th of April (6 week block £54).

Thursday Yoga

NEW CLASSES in the Green Room at the Beacon climbing centre.

 

Open to both climbers and non-climbers alike.


These sessions are designed to enhance focus and cultivate a deeper awareness of the connection between body and mind (bodymind).

 

Through Hatha yoga, you’ll have time to explore postures more fully, taking an investigative approach to movement, breathing techniques and meditation practices.

 

Thursdays 6.30pm - 8pm

One-to-one Classes

I offer one-to-one Hatha yoga sessions, thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs and intentions. These private classes offer a calm, supportive space to explore breath, movement, and stillness at your own pace. Whether you're new to yoga, working with specific physical or emotional challenges, or simply seeking deeper awareness, each session is designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and inner balance.

I teach general Hatha yoga classes for mixed abilities and beginners. I also teach pranayama (breathing practices), meditation and Yoga Nidra.
